I've seen this thread before, and it's basically just a kit to put a DD2 cylinder on the FR125.

It's not legal for TAGUSA though. TAGUSA does allow some small differences, basically lack of seal. You still have to comply with ALL of the ech requiremenets except you are allowed to use any jets, needles, floats, etc. as long as they are Dellorto parts.

Do you see something that would make this legal?

It used to be that way but they've made some kind of deal and the new TAG rules say that Rotax FR125 has to adhere to the RMax Challenge rules.
