Hi guys, good job on the site. I have been wanting to race a kart for a little while now but the timing wasnt exactly right. I come from an off road bike background and retained a little of my knowledge. I recently aquired a out of date kart rolling chassi(mid 90's probably dirt but not offset). At this point I do not even know the manufaturer. What I would like to do is mount a bone stock 125 or 250 mx engine to the chassi and get a little practice driving before I spend any real money on kart racing. If anyone could offer a heads up as to what problems I might encounter and what I can expect from the kart it would help greatly.
