Track 2 Arrive & Drives 1/10/2008

Hey guys,

We have a bunch of Arrive and Drive Races available on Track 2 tonight, January 10, 2008 starting after 6:45pm. Many of you have been asking for more Track 2 so I thought I would let you know! To sign up for races, call (847) 941-9400, mention that you want to race on Track 2 and the reception staff will let you know what times are available.

It's really cool that you posted that. Now I'll check the forum during the day - had I seen it in time I would have raced T2.

I used to check often during the day; in fact that was the original reason for the creation of this forum. A bunch of us used to try to email/call the other regulars to say that they were going to CIR to race at a particular time so as many of us as possible could do A&D's together. It was cumbersome and ineffective because it required each of us to maintain current contact information on everybody else. So, Roger started a forum so we could post when we were racing.

Track 2 isn't always available, but, in my opinion, is more enticing to the CIR "Pros". If you and we can develop a reliable system of notification I think you'll see a degree of return to the "old days" when the regulars would gang up to race A&D's.
