View Full Version : Gifts from Thailand - Pics
It's a Thai tradition to purchase small gifts for friends when you visit another country or another place.
I bought these for Martin:

:)
Here are some other things I bought for some of you guys:
Bird's nest (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bird%27s_nest_soup) is more expensive (up to $10,000/kilo) than heroin (in Thailand), who wants to try it?:

Tiger Balm... good stuff... most people will get one of these.:

Elephants carved out of teak and/or resin:

Salted Prunes... Hmmmm good stuff... also a natural laxative. This is for my older friends (you know who you are):
