I am 100% confident that I can go ahead and say HELL NO! on Tony's behalf. I can't believe they let anyone do that there.

Pretty please!? My car has an LSD so I could get around the tight hairpins much better than the car in the video. What could possibly go wrong?

If something unplanned happens, you can just call it "track renovations".

Considering a lotus elise weighs about 10 times more than one of our karts I think it would be more a building renovation than simply a track renovation.

I think its hilarious to watch video's of people doing it at other tracks but there isn't any way I would ever let anyone pilot a full size car on one of our tracks. Any vehicle that has come in even for an event has been driven by one of us and slowly.

Me too? I have an Elise without LSD but I promise to be really careful! :evil_lol:

Hey Reed,

Think of the possibilities...

Get your dad to bring his Elise down, I bring mine too and we can have a Lotus Runoff. :suicide:

Even for just a 'Photoshoot' that would be interesting.

Hummm Since Mazda is a corporate sponsor maybe I could slap the Hoosiers on my very rare (5 in the world right now) 2007 MX-5 MS-R and teach you Lotus boys a lesson

That said I would never do it, no matter what anyone else thinks it would NOT be fun. I did a Windy City Miata Club (http://www.windycitymiataclub.com/autox/remember_when/2007/event_12-09-30-07/event_12-09-30-07.html) event last fall at CLC on one of the tightest courses I've seen in years. I finished with the 5th fastest time of the day behind 3 supercharged Miatas (on race rubber) and a STi that had more carbon fiber then Erjoh's plus I think it had a cold :) I was on street tires.

Hmmm... Mark, you might not want to use "Hummm", "Hmmm" or "hrmm"? in a sentence. It could be considered an insult by some. I'm not one of those people.

But the last part, I do take as a challenge. Now, I want to go to an autocross this summer and race with you (indirectly since we'll probably be in different classes).

The Chicago region Solo schedule is posted here (http://www.scca-chicago.com/solo/index.html) the only event I plan to miss is June 21.

Google, The Internet Slang Translator (http://www.noslang.com/) and Martin's favorite place Wikipedia return nothing insulting. If it is in some foreign language I might be sorry but I only speak one language, English. On Aug. 1, 1996, the House of Representatives voted 259-169 to declare English the official language of the United States

The 169 were most likely democrats that did not want to upset anyone

Hmmm... That's one way I can make weight for the Super Heavy Weight class...
