I've been there. It’s okay. It is good for kids on 100cc bikes or less, but it is just too tight for a 450cc motocross bike. They have the room to make it a bigger / better track, but they use 1/3 of the space for parking and pits. I know they make the track tight to keep the speed down (poles), but it is 1st or second gear all the way around. I would pass and wait for spring.

They were supposed to build a dome (no poles) to run indoors at Joliet MX Park. He has had the building materials sitting there for 3 years, but he is having problems with the zoning and getting a height variance. Last time I talked to the owner, he said if it does not go soon he is going to give up and sell the dome.

That dome would make a really cool indoor Kart place. They could fit most of CHMS inside of it. If it is for sale, someone could pick it up cheap!
