Hello everyone,
What are the differences between all the 2008 Birel Chassis? Which one would be best for me to run TAG at CHMS? Would it make any difference at all if I were to race a 2007, besides perhaps resale? I weigh about 170 and im 5'6".

I'm sorry, I get confused with all the fake names (e.g. John G. had to remind me) and I don't remember who you are. Have we met? Does anyone on this forum know you you are? Again, I apologize if I've forgotten the stated or obvious but I can't place a person to rob020880.

Martin we have enjoyed together a few times :drinking: I am Robert and most recently I saw you at the expo bar, I am the young looking guy that was sitting with you guys. Who runs this forum I should just have my username changed.

I can vouch for him Martin, but I like it too when users use their full, real name. Rick is the guy to talk to about changing something.
I'm going to not get too in depth here, as you really should come out to the shop or give us a shout. Lots of options right now, but I think there is one at least that will give you the best value.
Short answer: There are brand new, old stock karts that would most likely be a great option. I'm not scared to run them in tough competition and expect to be up in the front. Resale would take less of a hit, because you bought for a better deal in the beginning. That being said, Birel doesn't change the karts to get worse. In the end it all depends on you budget and desire...
That made it easier, didn't it!

I don't know if you've made a decision since I saw you at the expo, but you know I hope you've decided on TaG/Leopard.
Please come and race with us at CIR, Concept, or any of the other tracks, slick or sticky.
Regards,
Martin

At the Kart Expo, MRP was selling a couple of Birel karts for sale for a very good price. I believe they were $1000 or more below normal retail prices.

Crap. Here we go again... was I drinking with you? If so, sorry I can't connect a person with quantumleap. What is your name?

Give us a shout out at Norway. We have the same deal going as MRP, as long as the limited quantities aren't gone. I think there are some left now, and it has been a GREAT deal for several karters already.
