Just got home from the AZ. What is this XP score I see on the CIR website?

You get 2 points for each person you beat and 1 for participating. so in my first race tonight I got 18 for beating 9 people and 1 for being there

XP Score is going to be retroactively applied to all past races some time late this week or early next week. It should be interesting to see where people come in. I expect Peter J. will take the top XP Score spot when it changes over.

A big gap from the top 3 down. I guess Martin will have to start racing a bunch to catch up to you Peter!

He and I have talked about trying to set a new record for races in a single day.

There are some days coming up that it would be entirely possible.

We will maintain both of them. I just gives people a couple of ways to compare.

XP obviously stands for experience, while ProScore (somewhat) represents skill. If you do A&D's for 5 years you will inevitably have a high XP score. You may even have a pretty high ProScore.
BUT...You can easily identify new fast drivers by comparing the two statistics. If you see a guy with a high ProScore and fast lap times yet he has no XP points...you know to keep an eye on that guy, (or girl).

Yes, I agree... to a certain extent. However, neither of those scores reflect the fact of whether or not that person has been racing since they were 5 years old. Would that be the ORXP (Other Racing eXPerience) score?
