Data system installed :)

So I finally finished installing my data system. It was a lot more work then I thought! hah.
Its an XGLog with Mychron 3 dash.
rpm, speed, H2O, EGT, Lateral gs, forward/backward gs, throttle postion sensor, brake pressure sensor (not installed yet).

I had to make several brackets for the sensors, including the "tray" for the box. I think it looks pretty clean (looks a bit cluttered in the pics). I had some issues with the rpm pick up but I think I have figured it out. I need to install the brake pressure sensor but I have a hard time finding the right metric T fittings.

Some of you might ask "why would you want to install all that??" well my racing partner wanted all this and he picked up the bill so I wasn't about to object :) :clap:

Nice job. That's a lot of wires to run, right?

We have the t's your looking for. God only knows if you could find them in a hardware store.

TAG karts are faster than most cars anyway, and now you'll have the data to prove it!

Hey, next time you turn that on, ask it how long the economy is going to be bad. Also, what time I should head out to go on vacation next week. I figure that thing can tell you what you want to know about anything in the Universe. I cant have something like that. I spend enough time working on these damn things, I dont need to spend the rest of the time anal-yzing data to see how bad I messed up ! LOL Thats why I have a Mychron 3 Plus for sale ! Anyone interested ?

Yea. The data's a bit overwhelming at first, but now I can just about get my head around it. I do feel pretty legit with all this telemetry though.

Legit ! Whats legit about that stuff ? Do you bring your laptop to the track to upload and make adjustments by it ? Thats what its for. You will do much better without that stuff until you learn to adjust a kart to the situation at ahand. then you go back and compare your changes and see what really worked.
