they are driving fast and one person gets out in front of another.. so in your basic definition of racing it would be one, and in your average ignorant person's view they can just go in a car and do it and establish themselves as better and get some warm fuzzies... actual skill or driving ability tossed to the side, that would actually take effort and experience to build up! why would i race around cones in a parking lot for 60 seconds? that is stupid! i go 60 on the way to work! why would i spent $150 to go to a track? i can drive 100 on the highway!
