CHR wins 300 Lap Endurance Race 2007.03.25

The triple threat trio reunited and raced again and won the 300 Lap Enduro Pro Class in decisive fashion! Dave, Paul and Roberto were flawless in execution of strategy and driving. Who ever calculates the fuel stop strategy for that team deserves a PHD in physics and mathematics. Talk about being precise! They were down to 1 cm of fuel. They also had fastest lap of 29.95 for the Pro class. It was great racing against you guys again. I hope you guys continue to come race with us. Congratulations on the win!

Congrats to Peter and Gordon for taking third place in the Pro division!

I forgot the podium and order for the Juniors and Clubman classes. Can someone please post those results.

I also wanted to congratulate the NOTFWD teams on a good showing. El (EL 77), Paul (L8Apex), Vic (blackg35mt) and Ty (NOTFWD) are really getting the hang of how to run an enduro team. They were autonomous and pretty much organized and ran everything by themselves. I'm sure with more seat time, they will be on the podium in no time. Hopefully they will also join us and compete with us in the Pro Leagues to further improve their skills.

Hi Rick,

I tried to pull the results off of OSCAR this morning to post here and got an error message. I will try again later in the afternoon. Tobey Stewart and Brennan Harrington were first in juniors and first overall. Matt Bigos and Tony Velez were second in juniors and I believe second overall. Unfortunately, I can't remember who was third among the juniors or the finishing order for the clubmen.

You guys just need more seat time on track 3. The Pro league (Peter J's events + Monthly Sprints) has races on track 3.

My next Track 3 GP at CIR is Monday, April 23 at 9pm. We will be racing after the conclusion of the monthly run offs.

Drivers will take part in three 14-lap heat races on Track 3, starting one in the front third of the field, one in the middle third, and one in the last third. Points will be awarded based on the finishing positions in the heats and used to determine the starting grids for the A-main and B-main (if necessary) events. If we have 17 or fewer drivers, everyone automatically advances to the A-main. If we have more than 17 drivers, the number of drivers automatically advancing to the 25-lap A-main will be determined by subtracting 16 from the total number of drivers entered. The remaining qualifiers will race in the B-main, with the top finishers rounding out the 16-driver field for the A-main.

The cost is $95 per driver if we have 17 or fewer entrants. The cost is $100 per driver if we have more than 17 entrants. You will need to check-in and pay at the CIR reception desk by 8:30pm. Please ask for the "Jankovskis Racing" event. Racing is scheduled to start at 9:00pm.
