Congrats to Bob Zirves and Mason Madej for coming from the back and making it to 3rd!:thumbsup: Awesome job!

Thanks to Felix, Les and Ritchie for coming out and helping us to crew. There's no way we would have finished without them. And a huge thanks to Keith at Margay for letting us rent one of their engines after ours let go.

Good job Jeff and Russ! You guys did a good job all weekend.

It was really cool to race with NASCAR, Indy Lights and Indy car guys.

Yes, that is very impressive to come from last to 3rd! Great job Bob and Mason.

Im impressed with Rick and Ryan and Russ and Jeff. Finish 14th and 15th(out of 47 teams) in an endurance race is great for your first time racing this event. I know Russ had run it before. Was this the first time for the 3 of you to run this track? Must have been a lot of local racers. Most of the karts are Arrows!

Was it Ryans engine that let go? Blow it up? Hopefully just the top end!

Wish I could have made the trip just to watch.

Rick or Ryan what event is more fun. Rock Island or Robopong?

Jeff

I secont that. What a great weekend. Thanks to Ritchie and family for letting us crash you family wedding. We felt right at home.

Jeff, I thing a wrist pin bearing went on my motor. Hopefully the bottom end is ok. For sure the top end is needed.

Both the RIGP and Robopong were great experiences but completely different. I have never raced and endurance race till yesterday. You need to be fast but you need to pace yourself. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to complete my second stint and I ended up going faster than my first stint. I am currently sore from head to toe. It was a little nerve racking knowing you are on the track with so many great drivers.

RIGP you just have to be nuts and hope you make it through.

I had = amout of fun at each race.

It was my first Robo and truthfully it was Russ's also. He made a grand total of 10 laps last year ! We had a ball and the only problem we had this year was a bad valve core in practice on Sat ! I think thats a good weekend ! I am very proud of Rick and Ryan and my co-driver Russ. They all did a great job. I am proud of my ole First kart and my little Rotax for no problems at all last weekend. Great job guys. It was fun and cant wait til next year. By the way Jeff, we were 14 and 15 out of 48 ! LOL Top 1/3, not bad

Thanks Jeff!

I like both races. But both races are hard on equipment. The payout is way better for Robopong. I'm not sure which one I would pick if I only could go to one.
