If anything you will have to leave the battery behind. You could take a battery but it is a lot of paperwork.

I think you can. I know different kinds of battery have different restrictions. Some you have to file out hazmat crap. Its kind of a big deal/pain in the pass when we have passengers with motorized wheelcharis. There many things we have to do to be able to carry it.

Intrepid drivers seemed to dominate SuperPro. CRG had the most karts out there. Intrepid and TonyKart seemed to have the most karts out there after CRG. There were actually quite a few Birels (maybe they weren't mentioned?) - Wes Phillips took 4th in TAG Senior. Dan Wheldon drove a TopKart. There were also a lot of CRGs. The Margay drivers (Michele and Mark Bumgarner) did not do that well. They both had mechanical problems resulting from incidental contact. But that doesn't really say anything about the chassis itself.

I doubt there's any real performance gains to be had between all the kart chassis. Otherwise, you would see all of the best drivers on the same chassis. It probably depends on who won last year more than anything else. So I guess there will be tons of Intrepids next year.
