:D I can't even keep up with Martin when he's driving his TAG and I'm in the DD2. That means I'll have zero chance of keeping up with you. Plus.. I don't have a TAG kart. Now who is this mysterious friend of yours??? :unsure:

Yup, 3 Birels, 2 with Leopards, 1 with Rotax.

Both Dan and Susan let me drive their karts. How do the kids say it?, "SWEET"!!!

Their daughter has a Birel/Rotax, too, but she injured her back (in gymnastics, not karting) and hasn't been able to race. I hope she's healing well.

(Gymnastics is far too dangerous, kids should just be karting!)

Steve Jacobsen told me a couple of weeks ago that Brian was running with Will Johnston. I don't see them running quicker than the fast TAG guys....Brian has turned laps in the high 47 range this year...(I know he ran 46 second laps a few years ago in HPV light.....but, I don't see them beating the fast TAGs....but...it will be fun to watch!

I would rather race in DD2. But with that in mind, I'd rather race in my DD2. So you can race with me in my DD2. And Martin and Stefan can race in yours? :dunno: You guys can work out how much that will cost/etc.

Anyhow, I couldn't help any teammate in a DD2. Even though it's only 2 speeds, to me it's still a shifter and I don't have the skills (yet!).

Stefan, don't feel any obligation; if you get a DD2 ride, I'll do the Hot Dog race instead.

I think it's obvious how much faster you are than some of us. I think Stefan wanted me to act as a handicap for your team to even things out :blush: . I don't think he wants to increase his handicap further by racing with me. :D I think he is looking for someone faster. :nodder:

Thanks for the encouragement Phil :) . I doubt I'll make that kind of progress. My goal was to be near your speed at the end of next season. And even then, I think that is optimistic. First things first. I just want to be as fast as Martin in his TAG :help:. That's all I want for Christmas and time's running out! :D
