I was thinking of starting a new tradition for Chicago Racers since the year is about to come to an end. I was thinking that we could give out some fun awards every year. The awards don't have to be serious or anything and they would mainly be won through anonymous votes.

Here are some examples:

Indoor kart driver of the year
Outdoor kart driver of the year
Most improved driver of the year
Driver who drank the most during the year
Most fanatical racer of the year
Best pass of the year
Most likely to make formula one (must be under 26 years old) ;)
Racing dad of the year
Best bump pass of the year :headscratch:
Lightweight driver of the year
Heavyweight driver of the year
Best retribution hit of the year (I vote for Dave H!)

Well, you guys get the idea. What do guys think? We could even get/make some crazy trophies for each of the categories.

The proscore standings just haven't been fair since they instituted the new track 4 system.

Nice graphics work, Adam.
Way too much time on your hands. :D

edit - ps: I don't remember, whom did I "race" against that night?

I would like to nominate Peter J as Most Fanatical Racer of the Year. He has attended more racing events (Autox, SRF, CIR, HPV, karting, etc) than anyone I know! If anyone's crazy about racing, it's Peter!

Thanks Rick. I certainly do enjoy my racing. My co-workers and family would agree with the crazy description.
