I'm curious to know what you guys think about the Electric start ICC motor.

I think its the best thing ever made that involves karting.....no more pushing and falling face forward :P no it did not happen to me

So do you think it's a class that will catch on? Do you think it will attract new and old karters? Young and old? Would you race one?

The hp is lower than the current K9B. Is that a turn off?

the horsepower shouldnt be a problem for anyone.....shifters have enough hp. already. At Las Vegas for the Supernats David Jurca had the tag ICC and was running with the leaders most of the time in the superpro class. I think the class its self will have trouble getting people that already have shifters. :down: I think it will attract more older guys....but hey i dont know we will see what happens personally i like it. :)

Thanks for that info. I'll have to look into that and see what was done to the motor if anything.

I tend to agree with you but on the other hand, if I sell one more of my karts I'm buying one. I've gotten so use to the electric start on the RM1 I would love to have a shifter with one :D
