CHMS Garage Space

Wondering if anyone is looking to rent some garage space @ Norway. Its a big one in the new building. I lost my 2 garage mates for this year as they are either getting out of the sport or broke. Rent is $1575 for the year. Let me know.

This garage space is no longer available as it has been rented. If you want in I will rent one of the smaller ones with you. There are 2 sizes and I dont know footage however will be out there Sunday to clean my existing garage and will confirm with Andy size and price. I will keep you posted.

Andy I giving me till the end of the week to try to make this work with the premium garage. The rent is 1575 for the year. The garage has keyless entry, a ton of shelf space and plenty of room for karts. Rent will be split accross the board. If we have 3 people then its 525 each. I can tell you that this garage is in a perfect location close to the grid without being in the middle of a cluster of people. Let me know of any questions.

Do garage spots need vacated by end of the year?? (since new management and all..)

I store my kart in their 'valet' warehouse storage, but it was recommended I retreive it while I can (not knowing the storage options that will be offered by new management). Anybody have a spot I can rent?
