What's the current price of membership at ACC?

I believe the country club membership went for $30K but I had heard there were no more available, so I guess it's whatever the highest bidder will pay someone willing to sell their spot.

The website still lists memberships at $30k. Last year they said they were sold out but the website doesn't say that anymore. I know that they where planning on opening up another block of memberships but I didn't realize it would be this soon. Annual dues are then $3k.
