:evil_lol: Surprise! I got a Birel M31/Leopard kart and I raced it for the first time today at CHMS! It was a blast racing with Paul Russo, Martin, Stefan and all the other TaG guys.

Congrats! I only wish I had the money for a kart so I can race outdoors. Ive been wanting to get a Margay Brava, or an Intrepid Silverstone w/ Parilla Leopard TaG 125cc motor.

That was my new favorite weekend so far at Norway, and it's still going to get better. Saturday brought the total of individual qualified TaG entrants to 21 for the season; there were 10 in Saturday's race.
The closest competition, however, was between Paul Russo and his daughter, Pia, for the widest grin of the weekend. Pia did great in Kid Karts, and was a joy to watch. Paul and I had a lot of fun in our "all terain" TaGs, and Paul did very well in his first TaG race.
Stefan and Rick kicked my butt.:frown:
I just got news as I'm typing this that Roberto, today, put down times that nobody has yet been close to.
Norway, TaG, 2007... Almost as fun as NASCAR.
Now that I've been beaten severely by Rick and Stephan I'm considering switching to DD2.

What kind of lap times did he post?

Then you can race with Phil all the time! :kungfu::evil_lol::whistle:

Hi Martin,
You certainly are welcome to come race with me. It would be a lot of fun.

Martin is too modest, or too drunk, to tell the 'real' story. The fact is, Martin beat himself. Alright maybe he didn't have enough for Stefan but he could've easily ran in the top 3 or 4 if he wasn't fighting a 'tight' kart with a bent tie rod. Actually, inspite all of that, I think he could've held off Rick if he didn't run out of steam :evil_lol:
Rick was pretty quick in his new TAG. Now if he could just drive his DD2 like that he'd be a top 5 contender at the Grands.
I thought Martin fixed that tie rod in the morning.
