I was practicing at CHMS yesterday and one of the 4-stroke TAG guys let me try out his Vampire 250cc TAG kart. At first I thought the kart had extreme understeer. But then I gradually started to get into the throttle and that all disappeared. Those things have so much torque! Since it was understeering, I just drove it around like a rally car. It was hilarious. :clap: I think a kart that was setup well could easily get into 45s or 44s with the Vampire engine. The engines are a bit pricey though. They cost about $4600. If there was a big class at Norway, I might consider getting one. But for now I'll stick with TAG and DD2 and I'm waiting for the rotary engine to get more popular.
