I'm the Black suit in the middle about to pass Phil Gordon!!!

Thought i was going to be rusty since i haven't been there since last year.. but after the 2nd race i was head to head with the pros. :chucks:

We did 5 races total and it was a great time.

Roger.....glad you made it out. I have to admit I was impressed at how quickly you got up to speed....maybe there is something to that indoor stuff. But let's see....me and Mario finished ahead of you in all 5 races and Dave in all but two....hmmmmm maybe you were cracking heads from behind? :yes:

btw cool video clip....we were hauling a** thru that turn.

wish i could have been there... didn't feel all that well sunday morning after spending all day saturday out in the cold...

i thought i was coming down with something (and still kinda do) and figured that i'd be better off just taking care of myself...

would love to go and crack heads next time though :)

Yeah... That last race i was in front of you, that was a complete newbie mistake i made. Halfway through the white flag and my dumbass decides to look back to see where Phill was. As i'm looking back, i was just coming out of a corner and went a little offroad and over the cracks. That was enough for phill to pass me.

that video was taken on the 4th race when i had Kart 9 and won 1st place. We should do it some time soon again.

It was kinda cool Sunday so wise decision in staying home...there will be more....I'll ask Mike C if we can do it later in the day next time...give us time to test and tune the karts before the race. Motors were fast but 2 or 3 of the karts had handling issues. The day was windy so we actually had some drafting on the back straight...pretty cool.

We ran way overtime...my bad....so we'll have to cut it to 2 practice and four races or bump it up $25/each. Either way is fine with Mike.

the two times that i've been there & used the rental karts i noticed that kart 9 had a lot of top end versus the others...

kart 7 was ok too... karts 1 & 2 seemed to lack quite a bit of top end versus the others - becomes very obvious on that long back straight when someone just drives on by...

but still a lot of fun!
