Interesting name for the TAG class. Why "TAG Final 1 & 2" instead of TAG Senior and/or TAG Master? It's also interesting to see that Rotax weight is 15lbs lighter than Leopard weight.
TAG FINAL 1 & 2
DRIVER REQ: Age 15 and older.
ENGINES: BM Jaguar, Cheetah SQ125, Comer K365, Easykart, Motori Seven, Parilla Leopard, PRD Fireball (2005 & 2008), Rotax Max FR125, Sonik TX 125, Sonik VX 125 (118 cc), Vortex Rok, Vortex Rok TT.
WEIGHTS: BM Jaguar – 350 lbs, Cheetah SQ 125 – 350 lbs, Comer K365 – 385 lbs., Easykart – 350 lbs., Morori Seven – 365 lbs, Parilla Leopard – 365 lbs., Rotax – 350 lbs., Sonik TX 125 (125cc) – 380 lbs., Sonik VX 125 (118 cc) – 365 lbs., Vortex Rok (’03 & ’04) 350 lbs., Vortex Rok TT – 380, PRD Fire Ball (2005 & 2008) 355 lbs.
OTHER: Engines failing to start for the pre-final or final races using the integrated starter may be started using an alternative method but must move to the rear of the grid.
EXHAUST PIPE/SILENCER: Must be stock pipe as supplied by manufacturer for that specific engine. On the Sonik TX and Comer engines, the minimum combined length of the header and connector pipe must be at least 17” as measured from the back side of the header flange at the cylinder, around the right side of the header, connector, and pipe to the first weld at the end of the divergent cone. See Section 610.4.2.
CARBURETOR: Must be stock carburetor as supplied by manufacturer for that specific engine.
SPEC TIRE: Bridgestone YHC (USA) - 10x4.50-5 front, 11x7.10-5 rear
AIRBOX: Required. See section 551.
:frown: I might have a problem with this rule: Engines failing to start for the pre-final or final races using the integrated starter may be started using an alternative method but must move to the rear of the grid.

Rick,
TaG 1 & 2 is the same class at senior weights; they are running 2 days instead of just 1 like it was this year.
What it is interesting is that WKA has the Vortex TT at 380 lbs.
TaG USA has the weight for the Vortex TT at 360 lbs.
I believe the right weight for the TT is 380 lbs.

We're excited to have the Man Cup back here too. Should be another great year at CHMS, and this time I'll be around ALOT to be part of it...
The Tag class is running the same class both days. I like that, and wish they would do more of it for all the classes. Personally, I don't like having Yamaha on one day, then having to put a HPV on for Sunday, etc... If there is enough interest for a masters class both days, then run it. I believe this to be a step in the right direction for WKA.
Rotax at a 15 lb lighter weight is something. I'm not sure how that will compare here at Norway. Or elsewhere for that matter...

Very cool!!! Thanks to the Finke family and all at Norway.:thumb1:
I just wouldn't refer to it as the "Man Cup".:puke:
